We are seeking information on procuring 2 Steris Innowave Sonic Irrigator and accessories for the Wichita VA Medical Center. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFI is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 750 Employees and PSC 6515. INTRODUCTION This requirement is to provide the Veterans Health Administration, Wichita Sterile Processing department with InnoWave Sonic Irrigators and accessories. This new Sonic Irrigator is needed to implement the new Robotic Program and the facility. 2. BACKGROUND The Wichita VA is implementing a Robotics Program (Da Vinci). This coincides with the robot purchase and is needed to support the implementation of that program. 3. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide equipment complete with all necessary accessories. The contractor shall also provide installation, education, and maintenance as needed per the service program. The contractor is responsible for uninstalling and collecting current units and provide for trade-in as applicable.
