The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside for eyeglasses and onsite Optician services to beneficiaries of the Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 15 VA Medical Facilities. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339115 (Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing), the Product and Service Code is Q512 (Medical Optometry) The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.
