This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Autotransfusion Services provided for Kansas City, MO VAMC. The term of the contract is a base of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR 873. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Contract Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s).
