This is an open and continuous solicitation. The VA anticipates awarding multiple single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. Contractor shall provide all facilities, space, equipment, services, supplies, administration, management, materials, furnishings, insurance and labor, including but not limited to general/non-professional, para-professional, technical, technical and professional, necessary to provide Nursing Home Care Services to VISN 15 VA Medical Centers and their beneficiaries in accordance with the terms and conditions, performance work statement and attachments herein. Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C25521R0016 for Community Nursing Home Services for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Award will be issued under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). The contractor shall provide continuous delivery of Community Nursing Home Services for eligible veterans enrolled within the VA Medical Centers in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the forthcoming solicitation. Contract will be a for a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ. This procurement is not subject to any set-aside. The VA anticipates issuing an RFP solicitation for this requirement on or about March 15, 2021 and posting to Contract Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website. The solicitation will provide instructions to interested parties about the proposal submission process.
