A. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.Title of Project: VA St. Louis Health Care System Advertising and Marketing Campaign for the VA St. Louis Healthcare System 2.Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide the resources and services necessary (includes media buy and management) to obtain space in: ITEM INFORMATION 0001 12 MONTH (MO) (COST TBD) / MO Targeted Social: estimated 1,200 daily reach; one (1) year from approved advertisement (TBD) 0002 12 MONTH (MO) (COST TBD) / MO YouTube True View ads: 13,000 impressions & 3,300 views per month; one (1) year from approved advertisement (TBD) 0003 12 MONTH (MO) (COST TBD) / MO Targeted display: web pages, 85,000 impressions per month; one (1) year from approved advertisement (TBD) Total Net Amount: (TOTAL COST TBD) 3.Performance Period: The contractor shall deliver advertising services for Targeted Social, YouTube True View and Targeted Display for one (1) year from approved advertisement, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer. 4. Managing Agency. The facility PAO is managing this project and will provide content to be used for the design of the advertisement. The facility PAO in consultation with the Government Point of Contact (GPC) shall be the contractor s principal point of contact regarding the execution of the contract s requirements. B. GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Government shall provide information to help develop designated topics and shall make available appropriate VA contacts as required by the work plan. The government shall complete, and release required reviews and approvals in a timely manner and in accordance with the work plan.
