STATEMENT OF WORK Tabletop Autobag- Bread Bagger Scope of Work: This equipment is for the food service department. The bagging machine will be used to bag bread and rolls for patient meal tray service. Name brand or equal to: Pacesetter PS 125 Table Top Bagger Specifications: The bagger will allow for quick hand load packaging of individual slices of breads, rolls, and other things needed for patient meal service. The machine needs to be lightweight for tabletop use and portability. Should not require compressed air to operate Must have ergonomic handling for ease of use. The unit needs to be capable of manual or automatic operation Capable of producing a range of 18 bags to 25 bags per minute. Needs to have the capability to utilize pre-opened bag rolls that range from 6 to 8 inches long by 6 inches wide. The bagger must utilize a controlled seal bar to ensure freshness of the product Needs to include an open loading area for operator safety. The unit is to powered with the following electrical 110/220, 50/60 Hz, 5.0/2.7 Amps.
