Statement of Work (Requirement) Requirement: The Groundskeeping department is requesting the purchase of a compact mini loader and attachments to be able to continue to improve the function and capabilities of the Department. Due to restrictions such as gate opening sizes, weight bearing capacities and limited space access, it is difficult to get machinery to the place where work needs to be performed. To minimize the need for additional unique service parts and ensure compatibility with existing service parts stock, the following specifications must be met: Loader must be at least 23 horsepower Gasoline fueled (no diesel) Wheel drive must be independent four-wheel drive (not chain drive). Hydraulic system should have at least two pumps. Two ground speeds. Minimum ground speed 0 mph - 3.7 mph or higher. Easy reach 4 stick fingertip hand controls for all functions of the machine. Hydraulic flow needs to have a minimum of a low-flow setting and a high-flow setting. There must be at least 10.8 g.p.m. at a minimum pressure of 3,000 p.s.i. for the High flow. Low-flow of no less than 4 g.p.m A Quick attach system for attaching/detaching various attachments to the machine. The air filter will be two stage, heavy duty, remote or better. The minimum ground clearance is 5.8 The maximum machine height is 54.6 for clearances overhead The maximum overall Length is 84.4 . The operating capacity minimum is 515 lbs. The reservoir capacity is 15 gallons or higher The rated tip capacity is at least 1030 lbs. Maximum machine weight 1600 lbs. The maximum allowable width is 40.5 with standard tires The maximum operating height is 105.3 The Hinge pin height of at least 66 Minimum dump height of 47 for dumping into our trailers.
