The contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, transportation and supplies required to provide delivery, pickup, setup, removal, storage and repair services for government owned DME for VA Medical Center Beneficiaries within one or more specific Veteran Integrated Services Network (VISN) 15 s eight (8) Medical Center service areas. An indefinite quantity of services will be furnished at such times and in such quantities as required, FOB destination. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options.
