Pre-Solicitation Notice A solicitation will soon be published for Annual Preventative Maintenance of three (3) Cooling Towers located at the Kansas City VA Medical Center (VAMC). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Kansas City VAMC has a requirement to replace the Fill Media and Drift eliminators for three cooling towers, during the Base Year only. This requirement also includes annual preventative maintenance and repairs for each period of performance (Base plus four Option Years and a six-month extension). In accordance with the VA Rule of Two, this solicitation has been set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) that are VIP-Certified.
