Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a commercial contract SDVOSB Set Aside for base with four option years for Contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, travel related expenses and supplies necessary to witness semi-annual inspections, annual safety test and five-year load tests on electric or hydraulic elevators and dumbwaiters, in compliance with the ANSI/ASME Safety Code requirements, the manufacture s recommendations, the Elevator Industry Field Employees Safety Handbook, National Electrical Code, and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. listed for each VISN 15 Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Elevator systems located within VISN 15. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 12 February 2021.
