BACKGROUND The St. Louis VAMC, JB Division is undergoing a major renovation and is in need of leased temporary building facility to house personnel and operations during a period of construction for 1 base year (minimum) and 4 option years. To this end the VAMC has prepared a site for installing a unit office trailer behind Building 25 at the JB campus. The site, as shown in Exhibit A Modular Building Location , has a compacted rock base for setting the trailer. Underground communication, electric, sewer and water utilities have been roughed in, or are located adjacent to the site. DESCRIPTION It has been determined that what is needed is 9,150(+/-) GSF unit trailer space comprised of one individual building unit of the following nominal size: 164 x 56 (see Exhibit B Building 25T Layout ). Final floor plans shall be based on the attached exhibit sketch, with mutually agreed minor changes to this layout due to manufacturing or construction constraints. The typical building shall comply with all current local building requirements as well as the following codes: ADA, IBC, NFPA & NEC.
