Page 2 of 2 FBO SOURCES SOUGHT This Request of Information (RFI) is to seek potential Offerors who may be able to provide Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Physician Services for the Wichita VAMC. This RFI is IAW FAR Part 10. This RFI does not guarantee any future procurements/awards with the Department of Veterans Affairs. REQUIREMENT: Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Physician Services PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Robert J Dole VAMC ADDRESS: 5500 E. Kellogg Ave., Wichita, KS 67218 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Wichita VAMC has a need for qualified medical or osteopathic radiologists to provide diagnostic and interventional radiology services on site at the Robert J. Dole VAMC, located in Wichita, KS. The radiologist shall perform studies as necessary and provide diagnostic interpretation of radiological examination performed by VA personnel and provide diagnostic consultation related to diagnostic and interventional radiology to members of the medical staff. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Priced IDIQ RVU S Historical Data: 2018:22,167 2017:22,209 2016: 22,563 Pricing Schedule of HCR Services Methodology: Pricing methodology shall be based on reimbursement of per Work RVU (wRVU) which derive from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Physician Fee Schedule. wRVU is one of the three components of the Total RVU. Unit of Measure will not be reimbursed at an hourly rate.
