The purpose of this procurement action is to establish Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for the Department of Veteran Affairs, VA St. Louis Health Care System, 915 N. Grand, St. Louis, MO 63116, hereafter referred to as VA to provide supervised emergent housing, transportation and meals for up to 15 veterans, to include male and female veterans, per day. The period of performance for this contract will be for a Base Year plus one (1), one (4) year option period. It is understood that no obligation will be incurred by the VA except for services rendered under this contract pursuant to referrals issued by the VA Homeless Program Staff for residential treatment for Veterans.
