Description of Use: The VA St. Louis Health Care System JC Division is in need of 3 Gastroscopes for the GI department, which are critical to/necessary for GI procedures. The currently owned scopes are end of life and in need of a replacement. This document highlights the technical specifications and services being requested by the facility for consideration towards purchase of this equipment/system/unit. Minimum Technical Specifications: The three (3) CMOS Gastroscopes shall meet the following minimum specifications: Must be compatible with currently owned Fujinon EPX4400 and VP-4440HD Digital Video Processor Minimum 9.3mm flexible portion diameter Minimum 2.8mm forceps channel diameter Minimum 140º field of view Minimum 1100mm working length. Minimum Angulation specifications of 210º/90º (up/down) and 100º/100º (left/right)
