The serv... This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, to obtain Transformer Annual Test And Inspection services for the Robert J. Dole VAMC located at Wichita, KS. The services performed must meet the qualifications in accordance with (SOW) all applicable regulations and policies. The contract start date is anticipated to be 07/27/2020. This solicitation is set aside for 100% small business participation. The Government is anticipating awarding a firm-fixed price contract to a single contractor. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 811218. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov on approximately 03 June 2020. No paper copies will be issued. The contractor's response shall include a price section, a past-performance section, and a technical section, and must conform to the instructions contained within each section. Each CLIN in the pricing proposal must be priced. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). www.sam.gov prior to submitting the proposal. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
