This announcement is not a request for proposals or quotations. The Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of information in response to this announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is conducting market research to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of qualified vendors who can provide Building Material Supplies for the VISN 15 Kansas City VA Medical Center. POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THE RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size & status (i.e. small/large, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owed Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) etc., and DUNS Number. 2) Statement of Capability that demonstrates ability of providing the item in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and past performance in providing this type of item(s). Include examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. 3) Is your company the manufacturer, distributor or an equivalent solution to the items being referenced in the Statement of Work? 4) If you are not the manufacturer or distributor provide the authorized distributor letter showing you are an authorized vendor. 5) Provide any contract numbers your business has with other government agencies (i.e. GSA, VA NAC etc.) Questions and responses must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM (CST) on May 15th, 2020 to Esperanza Roberts Esperanza.Roberts@va.gov.
