Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, Leavenworth, KS intends to negotiate a commercial contract SDVOSB Set Aside for a comprehensive inpatient service satisfaction measurement service that both quantifies patient satisfaction and provide prioritized targeting for improvement. The service shall consist of development of inpatient satisfaction survey instruments (Mail & eSurvey) that include customized questions and questions that permit comparison to other VA, non-VA facilities, and teaching facilities at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita, KS. The contract will be base with four option years. All contract details, to include specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be released on or about 9 March 2020.
