Pre-solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for Coagulation Analyzers for the VISN 15 VA Medical Centers located in: Marion, IL Kansas City, MO Topeka, KC Poplar Bluff, MO Columbia, MO St Louis, MO Wichita, KS This acquisition shall be unrestricted solicitation under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334516. The size standard is 1000 employees. Vendor must be an authorized distributor and must provide a letter from the manufacturer.
