Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), Leavenworth, KS intends to solicit proposals from contractors who perform services in the NCO 15 area which includes the states of Missouri and Illinois, to provide guest wi-fi service to the: St. Louis VA Medical Center and various off-site locations Jefferson Barracks Division 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive St. Louis, MO 63125 St. Louis VA Medical Center and various off-site locations John Cochran Division 915 N. Grand Boulevard St. Louis, MO 63106 Marion VA Medical Center and various off-site locations 2401 West Main Street Marion, IL 62959-1188 Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center and various off-site locations 1500 N. Westwood Boulevard Poplar Bluff, MO 63901 The VA anticipates issuing an open solicitation for this requirement on or about Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Proposals will be accepted for a period of approximately twenty-eight (28) days commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov), so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and certified as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses in the VetBiz database to be eligible. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM and Vet Biz information at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit these websites, as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in both. The Product Service Code (PSC) is D322 (IT and Telecom-Internet). The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.
