This is a sources sought request for potential vendors to respond to this requirement to determine the market for Elevator Maintenance Services for the Eastern Kansas Health Care System located at Leavenworth VAMC Topeka VAMC 4101 S. 4th Street 2200 Gage BLVC Leavenworth, KS 66048 Topeka, KS 66622 The Contractor shall provide full elevator maintenance service, in compliance with the ANSI/ASME Safety Code requirements, the manufacturer's recommendations, the Elevator Industry Field Employees Safety Handbook, National Electrical Code, and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. Full maintenance service is defined as all services, repairs and testing necessary to maintain all elevators, appurtenances and accessories in a fully operational mode at all times except for prescheduled downtime including all labor, parts and materials. Contractor shall provide socioeconomic status and classification (SDVOSB, SB, VOSB, etc.) The NAICS Code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the small business standard is 7.5 Million.
