Dole VA Medical Center s Dental Department is looking to procure two (2) dental chairs paired with four position instrument delivery systems, two (2) Dentist s stools, two (2) Assistant s stools for use with the dental chairs, and one (1) Cavitron Plus package. The Dental Department provides dental care for veterans and needs dental chairs that are capable of holding more than 300 lbs. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide the dental chairs, stools, to include attached accessories, tubing and any other required hardware.
