Eaton is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Eaton Corporation is the only authorized provider of service support with Eaton developed proprietary service software for 3-phase UPS products. Eaton does not train, certify or support independent third party service providers to deliver or service its 3-phase UPS and power quality products. Eaton is the sole provider of repair parts and troubleshooting technologies for their UPS system.
