Contractor shall furnish assisted medical transportation services for Taxi (ambulatory patients), Wheelchair Van and Litter (non-ambulatory patients) for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Eastern Kansas Healthcare System (Colmery-O’Neil VA Medical Center, Topeka, KS and Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center, Leavenworth, KS). The Colmery-O’Neil VA Medical Center is located at 2200 Southwest Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66622 (hereinafter referred to as VAMC Topeka) and the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center is located at 4101 South 4th Street Traffic way, Leavenworth, KS 66048 (hereinafter referred to as VAMC Leavenworth). Contractor shall furnish services in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and the schedule of this solicitation. This contract shall be for one (1) base year with four (4) option year renewals, if exercised by the Government. The primary intent of this contract is for prearranged non-emergency transportation services.
