The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (NCO 12) seeks information on qualified sources capable of providing all management, tools, floor mats, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor for integrated pest control services at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Hospital, 325 East H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760. Interested firms should submit a brief capability statement and past experience in MS Word or Adobe PDF, not exceeding 10 pages, including organization/contact details, SAM UEI, business size and socio-economic status, NAICS code, GSA contract number, and other pertinent information. SDVOSB/VOSB respondents must be able to comply with limitations on subcontracting, including the services requirement that no more than 50% of the amount paid by the government be paid to non-VIP-listed SDVOSBs/VOSBs, and must complete the required certification. The government may review documents such as invoices, subcontracts, or task-value lists to verify compliance.
