The Great Lakes Acquisition Center seeks information on qualified sources capable of installing slit lamps for the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. Interested companies must provide a letter or certification from Haag-Streit/Reliance confirming they are trained and authorized to install Haag-Streit and Reliance equipment.
