The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), is seeking contractors capable of providing instrument sharpening and repair services at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital (MVH) in Madison, WI. The contractor would sharpen, adjust, align, straighten, refurbish, calibrate, clean, remove stains, polish, lubricate, laser etch, and replace parts for individual surgical instruments and operating room procedural instrument trays. Instruments will be retrieved from and delivered to the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at MVH in Madison, WI 53705, and must be maintained according to original manufacturer specifications.
