The contractor will provide an ordained Catholic Priest to serve Catholic Veterans at the Tomah VA Medical Center campus. The priest must be on campus weekly to perform one Catholic Mass and meet sacramental needs such as Holy Communion, Reconciliation, and Last Rites. Emergency on-call, end-of-life Catholic ministry is also required for actively dying Veterans when requested by the Chaplain. This emergency ministry is limited to no more than 5 visits every 12 months.

This procurment is a Base plus Four (4) Option Years for Ordained Catholic Priest Servcies at the Tomah VAMC in Tomah, WI.

The contractor must also provide emergency on-call, end-of-life Catholic ministry for actively dying Veterans when requested by the Chaplain. This emergency ministry is as needed, not to exceed 5 visits every 12 months.
