Z1DA--537-26-200 FY26 Facility Cooling Improvements
This project involves facility cooling improvements at the Jesse Brown VAMC, specifically the replacement of AHU-AC21 serving Nutrition Food and Service. Key safety requirements have been updated: general contractor and subcontractor supervisors must complete the 30-hour OSHA training, while other workers need the 10-hour course. The prime contractor must provide a full-time Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) for each shift, with no other duties, holding a current professional safety certification and at least three years of construction safety experience.
