Organist Services at James Lovell FHCC
This sources sought notice, not a solicitation, seeks market information on qualified businesses able to provide organist services for Catholic and Protestant religious ceremonies/Mass at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. The contractor must supply piano or organ religious music for Sunday services and requested special holidays for Veterans and families, using an experienced organist who reads sheet music and can play diverse Protestant and Catholic hymns; firms should have at least 360 hours of traditional church music experience. Work schedule is set by the Chaplain and will not exceed six one-hour sessions per month. If delays prevent performance after the contractor reports, the contractor may be paid for one session, with remaining sessions normally unpaid unless the facility requests they remain. The government will use responses to assess market capacity and may set the requirement aside for small business socioeconomic programs, small businesses, or use full and open competition.
