This requirement is for the purchase of Guldmann Patient Ceiling Lift Slings, brand-name only, for the Patient Care Service Department. The contractor must deliver/ship the items to the specified FOB Destination. Additional details and specific requirements are provided in the attached RFQ document and Section B.
