The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for EBSCOhost medical and research database subscription services, set aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The contractor must provide unlimited simultaneous user access to specific proprietary databases for staff at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL, and its affiliated clinics. Performance requires 24/7 availability with a minimum 95% uptime during normal business hours and a one-hour technical support response time. The contract includes a base period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, plus four optional one-year extensions. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis to a qualified SDVOSB.
