6515--Custom Fit Insoles - Tomah SB Set-aside
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a small business to supply orthotic blanks, cork components, top cover materials, and related insole fabrication items for use with an AMFIT milling system at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price agreement with a 12-month base year and three 12-month option years, with an estimated total value of approximately $500,000.
