3426--Etching Laser and batch etching services
This opportunity is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a Laser Etcher for Surgical Equipment, including the etching of approximately 40,000 medical instruments, set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The required equipment includes a NuTrace NUX-20 NG Laser Unit, ten R+ Healthcare scanners, laser etching services, start-up training, and a one-year extended service support contract. Performance of services will take place at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The period of performance is for one year, not to exceed 12 months. Award will be based on a comparative evaluation of technical quality, past performance, veteran involvement, and price.
