This is a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified firms capable of performing Fire and Smoke Door Inspection and Repair Services at the Jesse Brown VAMC. The work involves a Base +4 Option Year contract to conduct a 15-point NFPA inspection/inventory of 585 door openings, including minor repairs. The performing firm must have a minimum of three years of consecutive experience in the industry and be licensed or capable of becoming licensed in the State of Wisconsin.
