The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide all equipment, material, labor, travel costs and supervision to inspect, certify and provide preventative maintenance, testing and documentation of the Biomedical test equipment located at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E. Veterans St., Tomah, WI. 54660. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, parts, software, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for execution of the work to be performed under this Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210.
