Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a renovation project for the Community Living Center (Building 217) at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. The scope includes constructing a new dementia unit, renovating dining and support rooms, converting rooms for high fall risk and bariatric patients, and replacing all flooring. The project is divided into three separate contract line items (CLINs) to be priced and phased separately, with a total performance period of 740 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated budget for the work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This procurement is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms that are certified in the SBA's database.
