H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project # 585-21-113 to Replace Condensate Lines and Pump construction. The Scope of Work for this project includes all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and other items designated under the provisions of this contract for the Replace condensate Lines and Pumps 585-21-113 at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center located in Iron Mountain, Michigan as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the contract drawings. Work includes remove, resize, and replace condensate steam lines, pumps, PRVs, add bypass lines, replace HPC traps, associated asbestos, replace 6 steam valve coming from 8 MPS header in sub-basement and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. Installation shall be as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the drawings. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 15 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance are provided. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard $19.0 million applies Estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
