The Edward Hines Jr VA Medical Center has a need for a full-service contract to provide Peritoneal Dialysis Kits per patient specific needs to be delivered monthly as needed to the patients place of residence. Contractor will provide patient specific Peritoneal Dialysis Supplies (Kits) to the patient s residence on a monthly basis. These kits will consist of any number of items required for the patient to complete in home dialysis treatment.
