The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Milwaukee Delineated Area: The northern boundary is defined along North Ave from Interstate 43 to Hwy 32. The eastern boundary follows Hwy 32 from the northern boundary to Hwy 18 on the south. The southern boundary follows Hwy 18 to Interstate 43 to the west. The western boundary is defined by a stretch along Interstate 43, from the southern boundary of Hwy 18 to North Ave on the northern boundary. Maximum ABOA Sq. Ft.: 7,542 Minimum ABOA Sq. Ft. 7,542 Space Type: Community Resource Referral Center Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Occupancy Required By: 9/26/2025 The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Milwaukee, WI that will be expiring in FY25. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 25 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
