The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for the quarterly testing of dental unit waterlines at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL and Adam Benjamin Jr. Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Crown Point, IN. Requirements: Perform Collection and Testing of Dental Waterlines Samples and Reporting Results Analysis. Waterlines Testing is essential and is mandated that the Dental Waterlines and Units and must meet standards and regulations as required by the Department of Veterans Affairs, AAMI, and CMS guidelines. If your organization has the capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address if applicable, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort and documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
