The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to install, test, and certify eight (8) government provided Arjo Parker bathtubs located at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, and materials to complete this contract. The contractor shall be an authorized vendor of the OEM (Arjo Parker) and be able to apply all Arjo Parker design guidelines when installing the equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by Thursday June 27th, 2024 at 12:00 PM CST, to Makena.James@VA.gov to include the following: Verification letter or documentation of authorization provided by OEM, Arjo Parker, stating vendor is able to service/install said equipment. DUNS number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 238220, and socioeconomic status. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly.
