This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Other than Small Businesses and/or Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. This sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of authorized vendors able to fulfill the following requirement: Brand Name Only IR HTM 001 1- 24REQ2001a Pyxis and Codonics - VISN12 Iron Mountain Milwaukee 24REQ2001a 2024-OIT-EHRM IO-176831-Infra-N/A 2024-EHRM IO-174-2 two (2) healthcare technology management (HTM) medical devices at two (2) sites associated with VISN 12 (Iron Mountain and Milwaukee). These devices require legacy system upgrades, replacing currently used like devices that are interfacing with VistA and which are not compatible with the new Cerner EHR system. The medical devices requested are: 1) BD Pyxis pharmacy dispensing cabinets, and 2) Codonics printers. If responding to this notice please provide the following: Qualifications, capabilities, and experience for providing this product; Business size/Socioeconomic status; Memo or correspondence from manufacturer to distribute their products. This is not a Request for Proposal/Quote or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for set-aside consideration. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339112 responses should be submitted by e-mail to Vernise L. Newton at vernise.newton@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 10:00 am Central Standard Time on 06/06/2024.
