Scope of work: The vendor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, management, and supervision to Repair, Install components, and Test Sprinkler systems in Bldg. s 14, 58, 102 and 104; at the VA Illiana Healthcare System 1900 East Main Street, Danville, Il 61832 Services to be provided: Bldg. 14 Replace and re-pipe the Inspectors test valve in Attic. Remove ball valve replace with new restricted orifice site glass and ball valve at chest level. This will be piped to center of drain with gunner nipple. Test system for leaks and full flow test verify floor drain handles flow. Bldg. 58 Replace Six Dry sidewall sprinkler heads that feed exterior rooms. Bldg. 58 Replace 35 Recalled Sprinkler heads in machinal room and service elevator dock. Bldg. 102 Replace 4 OS&Y (Zone 5) in hallway outside main mechanical room. Bldg. 104 replace 30 dry sprinkler heads in the coolers and freezers in the main kitchen and café. This will be using flex drop dry sprinkler heads. Must repipe as needed to keep all flex drops the same length. Drain sprinkler systems as needed to complete work. Fill and leak check sprinkler system each day before close of business.
