The Veteran s Administration Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS) seeks a contractor to perform airborne asbestos (clearance) sampling at its Danville, IL facility and hazardous air testing, including airborne mold sampling, at Danville, IL and its VAIHCS Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Bloomington, IL, Decatur, IL, Mattoon, IL, Peoria, IL, and Springfield IL. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year and four (4) One-Year Options.
