The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide and install acoustical lighting for the primary care clinical waiting area for the Jesse Brown VA medical center that meet high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship. This project would include disconnection of existing, and installation of the new replacement equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity. The contractor shall provide and be responsible for the technical assistance, development, and generation for final specifications. Lighting delivery and install will be at: Jesse Brown VA Medical Center 820 S. Damen Ave. Chicago, Il 60612 (delivery, removal, disposal, storage, and installation) Atrium Primary Care Clinical Waiting areas The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541410. Verification of authorization and training related to servicing referenced equipment. Number of qualified maintenance personnel employed.
