Pre-Solicitation Notice 36C25224Q0084 Asbestos Containing Materials Testing & Monitoring for Project 676-23-034 Abate and Demo Building 2 at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. The Asbestos Containing Materials Testing and Monitoring (ACM T&M) contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, management, and equipment necessary to provide standard environmental samplings, inspections, testing, oversight, and monitoring services during the hazardous materials (asbestos) remediation (abatement) performed as part of the Abate and Demo of Building 2 at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541620, Remediation Services, with a size standard of $19.0 Million. The period of performance for this contact is in conjunction with demolition and Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) abatement of Building 2 construction project and is anticipated not to exceed two-hundred fifty-five (255) calendar days and mobilize in late November. Building 2 has 3 floors and monitoring will be required over a 30-day duration and may require up to 8 separate site visits. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/ on or about November 28, 2023 with quotes due on or about December 8, 2023. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the CO that it is a (1) SDVOSB or VOSB eligible under this subpart; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) SDVOSB/VOSB listed as verified in VIP database at: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
