The contractor is responsible for providing all vehicles, equipment, labor, parts, tools, maintenance and repair of all contractor furnished equipment for the lease of two special purpose vehicles (plus backup vehicle(s) as necessary) to be operated by government employees at the Milwaukee VAMC. The contractor is also responsible to ensure that the backup vehicle(s), if needed, are fully equipped, serviceable, and have the same capabilities and features as the 2 primary vehicles. The contractor is responsible for performing to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
