Project: Replace Condensate Lines and Pump Construction Project Number: 585-21-113 Location: 325 E. H Street, Iron Mountain, MI 49801-4760 The Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center has a requirement for the construction of project # 585-21-113 to replace condensate lines and pump construction. The project magnitude price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard $19.0 million applies. The project is scheduled to have a period of performance of 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in accordance with the documents, drawings, and specifications to complete the Project#585-21-113 Replace Condensate Lines and Pump Construction, at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain, MI. Work includes remove, resize, and replace condensate steam lines, pumps, PRVs, add bypass lines, replace HPC traps, replace 6 steam valve coming from 8 MPS header in sub-basement and other aspects of construction as required by the drawings and specifications. The solicitation (including any/all specifications and drawings) will be posted to SAM.gov/Contract Opportunities in December 2023. The bid opening will be held in January 2024. A pre-bid conference/site walk-through shall be conducted for this project around first or second week of December at the Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center, details to be announced in the solicitation. All prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation will be issued as a 100% SBA set-aside. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bid, and at time of award the bidder must represent that it is a SBA concern, a small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to the acquisition, and is CVE verified for eligibility in the SBA database https://dsbs.sba.gov.
