The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Milwaukee Delineated Area: North: Hwy 18 East: Brewers Blvd, WI-175 South: Route 59 (Greenfield Rd West: Moorland Rd Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 14,418 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 12,537 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 120 Full Term: 7 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Occupancy Required By: 12/12/2024 The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Milwaukee, WI. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 120 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first-floor contiguous, but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant.
