Hines, Jr. VA Hospital Engineer Department located at 5000 S. 5th Avenue, Hines, IL 60141-3030 is seeking to purchase employee uniforms for the Engineering Department. Items will be delivered to the warehouse in Bldg. 220. This requirement is restricted to domestic end products.
